The kitchen is run by Marek, a dedicated new member of our family. He is passionate about nourishing the community with ethical and quality food, plant-based magic and sustainability.
We source as much as possible from our gardens and then we venture further to the local producers. We embrace produce that is organic or spray free and sustainably farmed to make all the meals on the menu. We aim get almost everything from the local area when it is in season; from Aljezur westernlands to the northern hills of Monchique and even to the east, in Silves.
Our dishes are a reflection of our shared values for creating honest, seasonal dishes that are packed with nutrients and full of flavour.
We call it ‘farm to fork’.
This space is layed back, casual and with plenty of nature arround. The undercover outdoor patio offers views to the herb gardens of Casa Vale da Lama. Our bar provides local, organic and sulfite-free wines, artinsanal beers, home-made kombucha and craft sodas to cater to all tastes.
