2 cups of flour
2 cups of sugar (cane)
¾ cup of dark cacao powder or carob
1 tea spoon of baking powder (I am using not without phosphates, you can buy in Bio shop)
1 tea spoon of salt
1 cup of water
1 cup of vegetable oil (the best is rapeseed oil)
1 tea spoon of vanilla extract if you don´t have, you can use 2 vanilla sugars (bio) (if you will use vanilla sugar, reduce quantity of cane sugar)
You can add nuts (which you want) and seasonal fruits.And last one is grated coconut on the top of cake.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients together. All ingredients must be well-mixed. Then poured into a mold with baking paper.
Bake about 30 – 35 min. you will see when will be ready. In preheated oven 170 – 180 degrees.
