Farm entry is free. We have 43 hectares for you to roam and enjoy at your own pace. However, currently, we are only allowing visitors that are signed up to activities, courses or are guests at Casa VDL or have a table booked at our Restaurant.

Here at the farm we have plenty of activities all year round:

Yes. We just ask that you keep your four-legged-friend on a leash at all times.
Keep in mind that we do not allow animals on the inside of any of our buildings.

We have always something happening at Quinta from dinner parties, live music, worms workshops, farm tours and more.

Yes. Casa Vale da Lama is an eco-lodge located inside Quinta Vale da Lama.
It is currently closed for renovations until mid-2025, but you can learn more about it at www.casavaledalama.pt/en

For residential courses and internships, the accommodation facilities are not at Casa Vale da Lama. To know more about it, read the description on the course/internship you are applying for.

From Lagos you can take the train, which leaves you at about a 40 minute walk from the station to the farm. There are local buses that end at the closest village, Odiáxere. From there its a 30 minute walk.

Our organic vegetables are sold at multiple spots and you can find our ‘Quinta Vale da Lama’ stand at:
– Viv’o Mercado – organic farmer’s market in Lagos. Every Wednesday 14h to 20h.  Click here  for more information.
– Mercado do Levante – local farmer’s market in Lagos. Every Saturday from 7h to 13h. Click here for more information.

‘Produtos do Vale’ are sold at multiple spots and you can find them at every market at our ‘Quinta Vale da Lama’ stand.

Quinta Vale da Lama does not provide children camps, but our Non-profit Association does.
