Registration for Vale da Lama’s residential farm internship opens in July 2026, for a cohort that begins in early November 2026.
Over six months on our 43-hectare regenerative farm in the SW Algarve, interns work alongside the land team in organic market gardening and holistic farm care, and complete a full Permaculture Design Course (PDC). Shared accommodation and three vegetarian meals a day are provided; a 100-euro administration fee applies.
It suits mature, motivated people looking for deep, hands-on grounding in regenerative land stewardship: not a holiday, but a season of real work, real learning, and real community on the land.
